Usage:
Suitable for cooking, baking, warming, and reheating food in microwave ovens and preheated conventional or convection ovens.

Cleaning:
Wash in warm soapy water before initial use.

Dishwasher safe:
Hand washing lid is recommended to preserve the seal using non-abrasive cleaners and plastic or nylon cleaning pads if scouring is necessary.


Microwave Use:
Open lid vent during microwave use.
Heat one container at a time only, for maximum of 2 minutes before stirring, repeat as needed.
Do not heat empty containers.
Avoid contact with metal surfaces while microwaving, including metal cutlery, metal plates, metal racks or the microwave wall to prevent sparking or damage to the stainless steel container lid.
Do not overheat oil or butter – use minimal heating time.
Avoid cooking foods that reach extreme temperatures (e.g popcorn or sugar) as this may cause damage to the glass container.
Always handle with care, the container will be hot when you remove it from the microwave.
Always refer to the food packaging instructions before microwaving.


Oven Use:
Remove lid before use. Lid is not oven safe.
The container base is oven safe up to 250°C.
Do not use on or under a flame or on other direct heat sources, including a stove top, broiler, grill, airfryer or toaster oven.
Oven must be preheated before inserting glassware.


Heat Safety:
Always use dry oven gloves or mitts when handling hot containers.
Do not add liquid to a hot glass container.
Do not place hot containers on a wet or cool surface or directly on a countertop, metal surface or in the sink.
Be sure to allow for a hot container to completely cool before washing, refrigerating, or freezing.


Product Care:
The four sided locking system allows you to easily open and close the container securely. Closing both locks simultaneously on opposite sides helps ensure even pressure, proper seal alignment and reduces wear and on the locking mechanism. Do not bend the plastic locks over the lid.
Silicone seals can sometimes become dislodged from the lid channel but can easily be reconnected back into the lid channel. You can also remove the silicone seal to give your container a deeper clean.
Avoid sudden temperature changes to glassware.
Add a small amount of liquid sufficient to cover the bottom of the dish prior to cooking foods that may release liquid.

Handle with care to avoid breakage, chipping, cracking, or severe scratching.


Freezer Safe:
Freezer safe down to -20°C / -4°F. Allow the container to cool down before washing, refrigerating, or freezing.

The four sided locking system allows you to easily open and close the container securely. Closing both locks simultaneously on opposite sides helps ensure even pressure, proper seal alignment and reduces wear and on the locking mechanism.  If the lid does not seal properly, rotate it 180°; it is designed to fit in only one orientation. To maintain durability, avoid bending the plastic locks over the lid.


Caution:
Do not use with external heat sources such as microwaves, ovens, or open flames. Allow hot food to cool before sealing the container.

When placing hot food inside, keep the lid open until steam has fully dissipated.  Do not use Bento Box for a prolonged storage container. If the item becomes chipped, cracked, or broken, discontinue use immediately.
